Trobar de Morte put out a new album this past month, Ouroboros.

This is a group from Spain, and most of their songs are in Spanish.  A handful are in English.  I can’t find translations anywhere for anything.

I would describe the genre as pagan folk.  It’s the kind of music that fits in nicely at Renaissance Festivals.

I played it for a group of friends at our retreat during the Texas Renaissance Festival, but reaction was muted.

However, I love this group.

This music video below, Destiny, is one of their best songs.  It came out as a single last year, and finally is in the album that was just released.

The album itself is good, I’m still familiarizing myself with it but I know it will get many plays from me.
